Inspired by Iranian architectural spaces, this work creates light from within shadow.
Here, light does not merely illuminate space; it dwells within the volume itself, as though the radiance of the rays rest at the heart of the form.
This reciprocal relationship between form and light evokes a presence that is serene, protective, and at the same time generative.
Wooden surfaces and brown tones establish a boundary between interior and exterior. Light filters through the openings, reflecting onto the ground and another surface of the volume, revealing its presence.
Like a canopy, the form embraces the light and transforms it into an inward, intimate experience.
